| It's a nice and small Web server. Works quite fast. Has a support for CGI, including SSI. Can be administered with web interface (though your browser). Supports vurtual hosts. It's very convenient to use it in the LAN environment or as a personal server for checking your own pages. |

Xitami is the best personal webserver for windows I have seen out yet. I have tried MOST out there today. Setup and install is a snap. The documentation is superb! The features of virtual hosting makes it a top pic if you wish to host more then one website with only 1 IP address. The built in ftp service makes it easy to setup user accounts for people to maintain their own websites on your server. IP masking to block unwanted user from viewing your website. A tiny footprint so it runs very very fast on even a non pentium machine. I am hosting 4 sites on the same machine with over 500 unique users a day. Runs perfectly! VERY HAPPY!
